We begin with getting to know you. Your story, your goals, your vision, your energy. This step includes a 2x deep-dive questionnaire & interactive moodboard creation (and optional strategy call if needed.)

We create a clear visual direction based on our discovery—think: moodboards, keywords, aesthetic vision. Once approved, we’re off to design.

We present one refined, intentional concept—developed with purpose, not guesswork. It includes your logo suite, colours, typography, and brand elements, all working in harmony.

You’ll have the opportunity to share feedback and request tweaks. We want you to feel proud, excited, and aligned every step of the way.

We supply everything in print-ready formats—or work with your chosen printer to make sure it's done right. We can also provide Canva-friendly versions if needed.

We dive into your goals, audience, and functionality needs. You’ll fill out a brief, and we’ll map out your site structure and page flow so we’re both clear on where we’re heading.

We use your branding (whether it’s new or existing) to create a website that aligns with your aesthetic and purpose. I design with mobile responsiveness, user experience, and vibes in mind.

Once the design is approved, I get into the nitty-gritty—building the site on your chosen platform (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or Shopify), optimising for SEO and performance as we go.

We review, refine, test across devices, and make final tweaks. You’ll get a tutorial or handover doc so you feel confident using your new site. Launch day = champagne.
